Meet Eli Rosenblatt
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Eli is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State. He received his Undergraduate Degree in Psychology from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 2002 and his Master’s in Social Work from Adelphi University in Long Island, New York in 2007. In addition to working as a therapist in private practice and clinics, Eli also has other diverse clinical experiences, including working at Rikers Island, and running foster care group homes for at-risk teenagers. Eli has also spent the past six years working at Kingsboro Psychiatric Center, a large state psychiatric center located in Brooklyn, New York.
For over a decade, Eli has been a psychotherapist working with adults, teenagers, families, and couples. He focuses his treatment on marital conflict, parenting, adolescents, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, anger and low self esteem. He primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help his clients to grow and change. CBT focuses on finding unhealthy and self-destructive patterns of thought and behavior and then teaches how to change those patterns, ultimately making you feel better, function better, and be a happier you!

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We are in-network with Aetna, Oxford, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We also accept out of network benefits and will submit claims for our out of network clients. We also accept self-pay and can sometimes offer reduced rates.
Our office staff are happy to do the groundwork for you, and they will verify your benefits, submit your claims, and have any reimbursements paid directly to you.
How Do I Verify My Out of Network Benefits?
Avena Psychological Services partners with Advekit to serve our clients using their out-of-network benefits. If you are interested in utilizing your out-of-network benefits for therapy services, or are unsure whether your plan includes out-of-network coverage, please use the links below to enter your insurance information into your prospective therapist’s Advekit profile.
After entering your information, Advekit will verify your benefits and will email you about your coverage. After verification, our office staff are happy to submit your insurance claims, and have any reimbursements paid directly to you.
